What areas do you service?

We serve mostly the North Shore area of Massachusetts. Here is a complete list of areas we cover:

We have 15, 20, & 30-yard open top containers for the following:

We also offer 2, 4, 6, 8, & 10-yard rear load containers for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

What if I can't fit a container?

We provide the truck and the labor. Our qualified staff will come right to your door to pickup whatever it is that you need removed. For our commercial customers that don't have space for a dumpster we also do loose trash pick-ups.

How far in advance do I need to order a container?

24 hours notice is appreciated. When possible, we will provide same day service. We can do multiple pick up and deliveries in the same day on a job site and we also can arrange to do "live loads" if proper notice is given.

How much do your containers cost?

Containers are priced by the size. Containers start at 15-yards with a 2 1/2 ton limit and go to 30-yards with a 5 ton limit. Contact us for current rates. There is an additional charge for any container over the specified weight limit, it is billed per ton over the weight limit.

How long can I keep the container for?

Container prices include two week rental, there is an additional charge for any container held over two weeks.

Do you have fuel or any other surcharges?

No we do not. Eric Z Disposal has never introduced a fuel, environmental or administrative surcharge program. Most, if not all, of our competitors do have these charges and can be quite costly.

What can't go in Roll-Off containers?

Batteries, appliances, tires, paints, chemicals, refrigerants, hazardous wastes, medical wastes, toxins, cathode ray tubes (CRT's), TV's, computers. Click to see current Massachusetts Waste Bans.

Do we need a permit?

Any container placed on a street is required to have a permit. Some cities or towns require a permit for containers on private property also. Check with your local city or town hall.

Who is responsible for permits?

It is the customer's responsibility to obtain and pay for all permits.

What other services can you offer?

We're mostly known for our dumpster rentals, junk hauling, cleanouts, and demolition. However, we also perform appliance disposal, electronics recycling, cleanouts for house and business renovations, full office cleanouts, and pretty much anything else.
